Initial Phone Consultation	FREE	-	A 30-minute phone consultation with Nim, our Senior Chartered Physiotherapist and Focused Shockwave Specialist, to discuss your condition and ascertain if focused shockwave is appropriate for you.
Initial Clinical Assessment	£50 (30 minutes)	-	A 30 minute assessment which includes obtaining further history of the presenting condition, taking a medical history, and performing a physical assessment. For multiple or bilateral conditions, we recommend booking 2 x assessment slots.
Focused Shockwave & Physio Treatment Plan	-	£650 (5 sessions)	Our treatment plans start with five 30-minute sessions of high-energy focused shockwave therapy combined with physiotherapy, usually spaced at least 1 week apart.
Additional Treatment Session	£130	-	Follow-on focused shockwave sessions can be added to the initial treatment plan if needed, based on your response to the treatment.

Every prospective client can book a FREE 30 minute phone consultation with our senior chartered physiotherapist and focused shockwave specialist Nim. This call can be scheduled via our online booking system or arranged by email.

If more time is needed to discuss your condition, then this can be arranged during the initial call and will still be completely free of charge.

Initial Clinical Assessment

If your condition would benefit from a combination of focused shockwave therapy and physiotherapy, you can book an initial 30 minute assessment during your free phone consultation, to be seen at our clinic in Richmond, London. The assessment will cover further details of your presenting condition, your medical history, and a physical assessment of the area.

⚠️ Clinical Note: If you are presenting with a bilateral condition (affecting both sides, such as both Achilles tendons) or multiple conditions, we advise booking an extended 1-hour initial assessment to ensure sufficient diagnostic time.

Structured Treatment Plans

Due to the nature of the treatment, as it initiates changes in the body, the treatment is most effective when delivered as a continuous, structured protocol. Sessions are ideally spaced approximately one week apart.

Our standard clinical pathway starts with 5 x 30-minute treatment sessions of fSWT and physiotherapy. Each appointment includes a clinical reassessment to track your physiological response and dynamically adapt your treatment plan.

Should your recovery require further intervention, additional sessions can be integrated into your treatment plan with your informed consent.

From our own extensive experience, evidence-based practice, and by following this protocol we have successfully treated hundreds of clients over many years.

Professional Payment Terms

To maintain a seamless clinical diary and ensure dedicated focus for every client, our fee structure is managed under the following standard business terms:

Telephone Consultations: Completely free; available to book online or via direct contact.
Initial In-Person Assessments: Payable in advance via telephone to secure and reserve your dedicated 30-minute or 60-minute diagnostic time slot.
Treatment Plans: Payable in full either during the telephone consultation or at the end of the initial assessment. Appointments cannot be reserved in the clinical diary until payment has been received.
Accepted Payment Modalities: We accept all major debit and credit cards, BACS bank transfers, PayPal, and cash.

Please note: As a modern medical facility, we do not retain cash on the premises. Cash settlements must be made for the exact amount.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes plans can change.

Complimentary Phone Consultations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your free phone consultation then please get in touch with us on 07760 536155 or drop us an email

Clinical Assessments & Treatment Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial assessment or treatment plan session, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows our administration team sufficient time to reallocate the appointment slot to clients on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations: Modifications or cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend an assessment or treatment session, will incur the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with this policy.

Hamstring tendinopathy

Rotator cuff issues

I was told how good Nim was by another satisfied client which was why I decided to finally tackle a decades old problem - a horrible crunchy rotator cuff which was limiting my arm movement. The shockwave therapy really works and Nim is both very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, supporting the therapy with a programme of exercises to do at home. I've got far more movement in my shoulder now, thanks to Nim!
