Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up, and plans can change.
If your treatment plan hasn’t started yet, you can cancel your plan and request a refund by contacting us, either by phone or email.
If you have paid for an initial assessment and would like a refund, then please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Our cancellation policy can be found here
As our treatment plans include a pain management stage, once a 5 session treatment plan has been agreed and paid for, no partial refunds will be issued for change of mind mid-plan.
